Microsoft 365 Engineer
(m/f/d) | Full/Part-Time
We are looking for a skilled Microsoft 365 Engineer to join our Consulting team. As a Microsoft 365 Engineer, you will be consulting our customers with designing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft 365 solutions to meet their needs. You will work closely with their IT team to ensure that Microsoft 365 services are deployed, configured, and maintained according to industry best practices.
As a Microsoft 365 Engineer your responsibilities include:
- Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other related services.
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services, ensuring that they are available, reliable, and secure.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Work with the IT team to plan and execute migrations from on-premises solutions to Microsoft 365.
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate Microsoft 365 services with other systems and applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 features and functionality, and recommend new solutions to improve our organization’s productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Microsoft 365 services and related processes.
- Provide end-user support and training for Microsoft 365 services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft 365 solutions, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture, administration, and security.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 administration and automation.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other teams.
- Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are a plus.
